A 3-night stay minimum is required for the complimentary roundtrip transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport (CUN)
The couple will be traveling from 11/19 - 11/26 & would like to encourage guests to arrive by 11/20 as they will be hosting a welcome party and catamaran cruise (details to follow) prior to the wedding day.
Please note we have secured the group rate and that there are no room blocks. Suites are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.
Booking Your Stay
To ensure you receive the discounted group room rates for the Hoehing/Carpenter wedding group, please make sure that you click on the booking link below AND enter the PROMO CODE when quoting your travel dates. To confirm your room reservation you will have to enter your card details. The resort will process a deposit of $1.00. The total cost will AUTO-CHARGE to your card 30 days prior to your arrival date.

4. In the comments box on the Guest Details page, please add the promo code.
5. Complete your booking
Once your booking is confirmed and deposit is processed, your travel coordinator will send you a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip & to discuss the next steps. Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.
Be sure to quote your travel dates based on the number of travelers per room. If you have questions or need assistance with confirming your room reservation please reach out to your dedicated travel consultant.
Payment Details
Rooms are not pre-blocked, so there are no room guaranteed. It is possible for the resort to run out of rooms because the group is pulling from the same inventory as the public availability, because of this we recommend reserving a room as soon as possible in order to make sure that you receive your desired dates & room category.
Booking a reservation with a $1.00 deposit is your RSVP and let’s us know you plan to celebrate with the soon-to-be newlyweds in Mexico. The total cost of your booking will AUTO-CHARGE 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Headcount is critical as Brittney & Mike plan their wedding events, we kindly request your RSVP by February 24, 2025!
Meet Your Dedicated Travel Consultants - Anna & Mandy
We want to make the reservation process as easy as possible for all of the wedding guests. Each of you will have a dedicated travel consultant from Dreams and Destinations travel to assist with your reservation process. Anna and Mandy will be your dedicated travel consultants. Each wedding guest will have a dedicated travel consultant based on the first letter of your last name. When you submit your request on the link above your travel consultant will reach out and assist each of you with any questions, concerns, and will confirm your room reservation.

Flights
Each guest is responsible for booking their own flights.
Airport Code: CUN (The Cancun International Airport)
Transfers: Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation. All guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time. If guests are not arriving on the same flight, there will be an additional charge incurred by Seasons Tours. Vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport to the booked hotel.
Free airport transfer is only available for a minimum of three nights.

Cancellation Penalties
Revision/Modifications Deadline: You will be able to make modifications to your room reservation up until September 22, 2025. Any reservation(s) booked or modification made (name, occupancy, travel dates, room type, etc.) after this date would only be confirmed without the promotional rate and without the promo code. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
