Once your booking is confirmed and deposit processed your travel coordinator will send you a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip. Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.
Payment Deadlines
Initial Deposit MINIMUM $200 PER PERSON - January 3, 2025
2nd Deposit – 50% of room total - February 3, 2025
Final payment – Remaining balance - February 17, 2025

Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines, and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the PER PERSON total package price of your vacation package.
Wedding Registry
Your presence at our wedding is the most precious gift we could ever ask for. Sharing this joyous occasion with our loved ones is a dream come true, and your presence will create memories that will last a lifetime.
We understand that attending a wedding can come with financial considerations. Therefore, we kindly request that you prioritize your presence above all else.
However, if you feel compelled to honor us with a gift, we have set up a honeymoon fund. It would be a meaningful way to support us as we begin our married life and create memories together!

We’re excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest family and friends and are keeping the wedding event limited to those on our formal guest list.
If you are interested in bringing an additional guest to the resort, you are more than welcome. However, please keep in mind that they likely will not be able to partake in wedding-related events as we have capacity constraints.
Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After February 3, 2025 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased.
