The Royalton Grenada offers a wide range of accommodation options and amenities. We were able to hold a group room block to guarantee the availability of the rooms and also the pricing for each of you. The rooms that we are currently holding are included at the link above. If you are wanting a different room option please let your travel consultant know and we will check to see if it's available for your travel dates.

When considering your dates of travel please know that a minimum three night stay is required. We do highly encourage you to extend your vacation and enjoy paradise!

The All-Inclusive Experience also includes lively entertainment during the day and evenings in several common areas of the resort to entertain quests of all ages. Some activities include fitness and sports activities, games for children (at family-friendly locations) and live music, among others.

Booking Your Stay

2. Enter your travel details and all travelers names

3. Submit the Initial Deposit Amount required to confirm your reservation.

4. If you select YES to the travel insurance add the cost to the initial deposit amount.

Once your booking is confirmed and deposit processed your travel coordinator will send you a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip. Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.

Payment Deadlines

Initial Deposit of $200/pp due by October 15th, 2023

  • 50% Payment due by November 17th, 2023

  • Final Payment due by February 19th, 2024

  • Electronic payment reminders will be sent out as we get close to upcoming payment deadlines

  • Dream and Destinations Travel will be coordinating and confirming your round trip airport transportation. Closer to travel time when all flights schedules have been confirmed, the team will be requesting flight information.


 

Meet Your Dedicated Travel Consultants - Anna & Mandy

 

We want to make the reservation process as easy as possible for all of the wedding guests. Each of you will have a dedicated travel consultant from Dreams and Destinations travel to assist with your reservation process. Anna and Mandy will be your dedicated travel consultants. Each wedding guest will have a dedicated travel consultant based on the first letter of your last name. When you submit your request on the link above your travel consultant will reach out and assist each of you with any questions, concerns, and will confirm your room reservation.

If your last name begins A-L you will be working with Anna

If your last name begins M-Z you will be working with Mandy

Flights

Each guest is responsible for booking their own flights. The airport code that you will be flying into is GND (The Maurice Bishop International Airport). The travel team will request flight schedules after the final payment deadline as this information is needed to confirm your round trip transportation to/from the airport.

Any guests who do not submit their flights before this deadline will be responsible for scheduling their own arrival/departure transportation.

Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL and available for purchase at the time of initial deposit. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package.

Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines, and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the PER PERSON total package price of your vacation package.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After November 17th, 2023 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased. Please review the policy information from Trip Mate to determine if you would like to purchase the group travel protection plan to protect your vacation package.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The deadline for each traveler to submit flight details is April 12th, 2024. The travel team will request flight schedules after the final payment deadline. Any guests who do not submit their flights before this deadline will be responsible for scheduling their own arrival/departure transportation. This service is bundled into the cost of your vacation package and is non refundable.
