We are getting married at Unico in the beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico, and hope you all can join us for a special celebration in paradise! We want everyone to relax, have fun, and enjoy a lovely vacation with us but we completely recognize the financial toll and effort it will take to join. We don’t want anyone to feel obligated or pressured to come and will understand if you can not make it. We love all of you and appreciate all the love and support you have shown us as a couple!

If you are sharing a room with someone, you have 2 options:
1. Have one person submit the payment form for everyone staying in the room (all names and deposit x # of occupants - $200/per person)
2. Each passenger can complete their own payment form and use the comment box to identify who they will be rooming with.
Once the initial deposit has been made, you will be given a personalized payment link to make all future payments. All passengers on the reservation will have access to this link to apply individual payments.

Payment Deadlines
Initial Deposit is due by August 16, 2024 ($200 per person + optional travel insurance)
Second Payment is due by January 17, 2025 (50% of total cost)
Final Payment is due by July 15, 2025 (remaining balance)

Hey, we’re Mandy & Anna (aka Dream Team CLT)! We’re here to make the reservation process as easy as possible for all of the wedding guests.
Each of you will have a dedicated travel consultant, based on the first letter of your last name. So, if you happen to have any questions about booking, please reach out to us! Otherwise, we’ll be in touch with your travel quote & once a deposit has been paid, we’ll provide confirmation of your reservation and payment.

Flights

Each guest is responsible for booking their own flights
We will be coordinating your round-trip airport transportation.
Now is a good time to set pricing alerts for your flights, as prices tend to increase the closer you get to your preferred travel date.
We will request flight schedules for all guests closer to travel time in order to confirm your transportation to/from the airport.

Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL and available for purchase at the time of initial deposit. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package.
Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines, and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the PER PERSON total package price of your vacation package.

Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After January 17th, 2025 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased. Please review the policy information through Trip Mate to determine if you would like to purchase the group travel protection plan to protect your vacation package.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The travel team will request flight schedules after the final payment deadline. Any guests who do not submit their flights before this deadline will be responsible for scheduling their own arrival/departure transportation.
