Upon arrival, you’re immediately enveloped by its natural beauty and abundant flora. Hard woods, palapa (cane-thatched) roofs, cathedral ceilings and natural stone touches showcase the resort’s eco-friendly architecture and are a nod to the Dominican Republic’s history. Caribbean and international flavors are used in the gourmet cuisine at the four a la carte restaurants as well as indigenous treatments at the Zoëtry Spa.

The Zoetry Agua offers a wide range of accommodation options and amenities. We were able to hold a group room block to guarantee the availability of the rooms and also the pricing for each of you. The rooms that we are currently holding are included at the link above. If you are wanting a different room option please let your travel consultant know and we will check to see if it's available for your travel dates.

While Zoetry Agua is a family-friendly resort, the wedding and reception are adults-only. We will be providing information on how to set up child care at the resort during the wedding and reception if you decide that you would like to make this a family trip.

When considering your dates of travel please know that a minimum three night stay is required. We do highly encourage you to extend your vacation and enjoy paradise!

Booking Your Stay

2. Enter your travel details and all travelers names

3. Submit the Initial Deposit Amount required to confirm your reservation.

4. If you select YES to the travel insurance add the cost to the initial deposit amount.

Once your booking is confirmed and deposit processed you will receive a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip. Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.

Payment Deadlines

Initial Deposit of $200/pp due by January 30th, 2023

  • 50% Payment due by May 15th, 2023

  • Final Payment due by July 1st, 2023

  • Electronic payment reminders will be sent out as we get close to upcoming payment deadlines

  • Dream and Destinations Travel will be coordinating and confirming your round trip airport transportation. Closer to travel time when all flights schedules have been confirmed, the team will be requesting flight information.

We want to make the reservation process as easy as possible for all of the wedding guests. Each of you will have a dedicated travel consultant from Dreams and Destinations travel to assist with your reservation process. Anna and Mandy will be your dedicated travel consultants. Each wedding guest will have a dedicated travel consultant based on the first letter of your last name. When you submit your request on the link above your travel consultant will reach out and assist each of you with any questions, concerns, and will confirm your room reservation.

Flights

 

Each guest is responsible for booking their own flights. The airport code that you will be flying into is PUJ (The Punta Cana International Airport). We will request flight schedules for all guests closer to travel time, as this information is needed to confirm your round trip transportation to/from the airport.


Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL and available for purchase at the time of initial deposit. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel if not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the per person total package price of your vacation package.

Cancellation Penalties

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After May 15th, 2023 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased.
