Zoëtry Casa del Mar offers a wide range of accommodation options and amenities. We were able to hold a group room block to guarantee the availability and pricing of the rooms for the Steadman/Claggett group.

Submit the Initial Deposit Amount required to confirm your reservation.
If you select YES to the travel insurance add the cost to the initial deposit amount.
Once your booking is confirmed and deposit processed you will receive a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip. Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.

Payment Deadlines
Initial Deposit ($200/per person) DUE August 1st
Second Payment (50%) DUE by December 1st
Final Payment DUE by March 15, 2025
-Electronic payment reminders will be sent out as we get close to upcoming payment deadlines
-We will be coordinating your round-trip airport transportation. Soon after we receive your final payment, the team will be requesting flight information
Flights
Each guest is responsible for booking their own flights.
AIRPORT CODE: SJD (The Los Cabos International Airport)
The travel team will request flight schedules after the final payment deadline as this information is needed to confirm your round trip transportation to/from the airport. If you need assistance or guidance with flight related questions, please reach out to your dedicated travel consultant.
Travel Insurance
Per Person Payment Rate Table
Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL and available for purchase at the time of initial deposit. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package.
Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines, and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the PER PERSON total package price of your vacation package.

Breadcoin is a DC-based organization that assists with food insecurity. It began in 2016 in the Union Station neighborhood, and now serves 7 of 8 wards in the district. Breadcoin destigmatizes hunger and bridges divides. Breadcoin makes sure everyone is included at the table.

Cancellation Penalties
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After December 1, 2024 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable.
